WRU Statement on Discipline

The Welsh Rugby Union emphasis the duty of all players, coaches,
parents and spectators to ensure that the game is conducted at every level in accordance with discipline and sporting behaviour. This
principle cannot be upheld solely by the referee, it's observance also
rests on the clubs in dealing with it's own players, spectators and coaches. In so doing The Union instructs all participants to act in accordance with it's Codes of Conduct.
