Enjoyed the rough and tumble, even being dumped by Richard Moriaty on The Rec. Philosophy, aims & ambitions for the team: At this level I want everyone to enjoy the game. I'm aiming to get as much as I can for nothing, maybe a day trip or overnight tounament and maybe produce a future welsh legend for The Dale. Rugby Heroes: Richard Webster - played and worked with him when Oakdale drew swansea in the cup! An excellent back-row forward.

Philosophy, aims & ambitions for the team: Unfortunately won't see me galloping around the park, rotten knees and back! Looking forward to the season and the challenges ahead (hopefully with a smile on my face). Would like to win more games than we lose and develop a strong community and team spirit. Rugby Heroes: Loads of them, Paul Ringer, Scott Gibbs and Chris Greenslade - all natural winners!
